The Yoga classes at LGAC are designed for Fitness and Health with a blend of traditional Eastern philosophies and Western mind–body–spirit techniques.
Our instructors are certified and trained in many different styles. Our mission is to create a balanced synthesis of breath, flow, relaxation, and to be creative and sensitive with our bodies. We gradually activate and transform the musculo–skeletal system into a strong flexible, balanced body freeing our energy to gain healthier, joyful, relaxed states of being.
